Our staff is highly trained and committed to fulfilling the needs of you and your pet
Client Care Coordinator
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is here to assist you, whenever needed. Our Client Care Coordinators are happy to schedule appointments for examinations, surgeries, diagnostics, professional dental cleanings, and boarding. They assist in maintaining your pet’s medical records and vaccine history. If they are not able to answer any questions you might have, they will be sure to find someone who can.
Our Veterinary Technicians assist our doctors in the treatment of your pet. They collect and process samples for laboratory tests, take radiographs, assist with surgeries and professional dental cleanings, and fill prescriptions as needed. They consistently strive to provide the best possible care for your pet.
Our kennel staff ensures the well being of your pet while they are boarding with us. This includes feeding, going on numerous walks, and providing ample playtime for our furry friends.
As part of our client survey conducted by the Florida Veterinary Medical Association, our staff received the highest score (95%) when clients were asked to rate our staff members as “extremely friendly and courteous” and “really care about my pet”. The average score for the “High Performer” group of other hospitals was 88%. We are very proud of this accomplishment.
Every Friday we set aside 1 hour of continuing education for our staff. This allows all of us to gather new information and knowledge that assures that our staff is always current on medical issues. Our hospital is therefore closed between 12 pm and 1 pm on Fridays, except for emergencies.
